Volunteer Your Time

We are always looking for new volunteers. Help at our fundraisers is much appreciated as well as animal transfer drivers and grants writers, to name a few. Drop us a line from our Contact Page and let us know how you'd like to help! We'd love to hear from you!

Foster Care Program

This program is designed to provide temporary home care for animals impounded at the Craig Animal Shelter. Foster care is an invaluable service to these animals. Circumstances where foster care is critical are: pets that have been housed in the shelter longer than one month; mothers and their young litters; injured or sick animals; and animals that are suffering emotionally and physically in the shelter environment. In addition, foster care provides the opportunity to evaluate the animal on an individual basis and assist in placing them in an appropriate forever home.
